Chocolate cake with bonini condiment gustoso
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and, than, let it cool. Add the butter already soft.
In a bowl whip the egg yolks with sugar and Bonini Condiment Gustoso. At the end, add the flour and the chocolate.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add to the rest.
Put the mixture in a baking pan, bake in preheated oven (200 degrees) for 18 minutes exactly. Remove from the oven, let cool and cover with icing sugar (to taste).
200 gr of dark chocolate 75%
100 gr of butter
100 gr of sugar
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons Seasoning Tasty Bonini
Powdered sugar (optional)
