Slice the strawberries. Add about 2 tablespoons of Traditional Balsamic Bonini and 2 of sugar for each punnet (small containers for gathering /sales, about 250 gr) . Mix and put in the fridge. Mix again after about one hour and leave to marinate for up to 3-4 hours. Serve in small glass dishes with a leaf of mint, or serve the strawberries with vanilla ice-cream, adding a few more drops of Traditional Balsamic Bonini.
