Angelo Masarin has got is diploma at the prestigious Istituto Professionale Alberghiero (Culinary Institute) of Castelfranco Veneto. Angelo has over 25 years of culinary experience and his resume includes some of the most recognized names in the restaurant business in Italy and abroad.
Upon his arrival to Miami in 2009 he served as Chef de Cuisine at Sardinia Enoteca before getting the opportunity to work as Chef de Partie at Casa Tua under Executive Chef Sergio Sigala whom he followed to SOHO House’s Cecconi. On December 2011 Angelo capped his dream of opening his own restaurant co-owned with Graziano Sbroggio and Carlo Donadoni. Masarin makes sure that every day the dishes served at Salumeria 104 meet the high standards of quality and authenticity of the best traditional Italian cuisine.
Following the success of Salumeria 104, Chef Angelo and his two partners are now ready to embark a new adventure with the upcoming opening of Miami’s next hot spot, Midtown Oyster Bar.
