Chef Enrico Bartolini received his first  Michelin Star at only 29 years of age and his second  star at 33 yrs of age, the 3 forks from Gambero Rosso and 3  Chef hats from the Guide of the L’Espresso  sainted him as a Chef  of  International level.
In 2010 Enrico Bartolini took over management of  restaurant the  Devero  inside Hotel Cavenago in Brianza, 20 minutes from Milan.
In February of 2013 he was chosen  by  the prestigious Masion de Champagne Krug as a partner in the project Krug and Capital Milan, the first example of a temporary restaurant  in Italy,  to be realized on the 27th floor of the  Diamond skyscraper  building in the new quarter of Porta Nuova.
Enrico,  during is foreign training was distinguished  in the  kitchens  of Paris and London, while in Italy he grew professionally  under the care  of Massimiliano Alajmo, to  go on to taking  over the restaurante Le Robinie  in Oltrepo Pavese, following into The  Devero in the province of Monza Brianza. His philosophy in that  the  Contemporary Classic  cuisine  is gaining a strong interest in the gastronomic world.
He is often described as an innovator, balanced  and meditative.
The value of the past and the reality of the present  are the basics  in giving life to these  new original, balanced and memorable flavors.
n 2016, he moved to Milan to the Mudec in Milan, where he opened his Enrico Bartolini restaurant on the third floor and took over the management of the Bistrot as well. At the same time, he also opened Casual Ristorante in Bergamo Città Alta.
He has also taken over the management of all catering activities at L’Andana in Castiglione della Pescaia, including both Ristorante La Villa and Trattoria Toscana, which will be renamed La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini.
Since August 2016 he’s also present in the Luxury Hotel Palazzo Venart in Venice, managing the Restaurant Glam Enrico Bartolini.
