Italian, from Carnia (Friuli), has a family tradition of passion for cooking passed down from her grandmother, mother and aunts. After a series of experiences between Switzerland and Italy (including the two Michelin stars – Antica Trattoria Boschetti in Udine), made landfall in Florida in ’99 achieving the role of chef at Dolce Restaurant in Miami and then gaining notoriety thanks to victory in television competition “Best New Restaurant”, where he demonstrated his excellent qualities as an innovator in the tradition.
After further improving of his skills in Singapore, France and other countries, in May 2015 it became Executive Chef at the Italian Restaurant Tamarina, in the heart of the Financial District in Miami, where he continues fine cuisine which combines Italian tradition with flavors more exotic.
