Born in 1973 in Tokyo, Japan. After he worked for a couple of fine French cuisine restaurant in Tokyo, opened his own restaurant, wineshop and ceramic art gallery in Kisarazu, Chiba pref. in May 2013.
Taro has served in lots places, including Art Gallery (Nichido Contemporary Art which is one of top contemporary art gallery in Tokyo), top night club’s party(THE ROOM in Shibuya, Tokyo owned by Shuya Okino of KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE who is world class Jazz/Crossover DJ) and so on.
As recipe plannner, he made recipes for one of the most important food company in Japan and, of course, for his restaurant.
